These days, you don't have to own a radio station if you want to broadcast a show. With the MV7, Shure build a bridge between pro-grade audio gear and podcasters of all levels and present a microphone that's based on the legendary SM7b, but packs a much higher output. As such, this dynamic broadcast microphone can be plugged into any mic input, no matter if it's a simple little mixer or a fully-fledged audio interface. Meanwhile, the relatively insensitive cardioid capsule keeps out ambient noise so that even in a bedroom with 'hard' walls and the windows open, you still get professionally 'dry' radio-ready sound.
Tips or comments about this product- Please note: The Shure MV7 can only be connected to the Lightning port of an iPhone or iPad with the Shure AMV-LTG cable. Other micro-USB to Lightning cables aren't guaranteed to work.
