General

This lightweight DT 297 headset by Beyerdynamic has a closed construction for optimal sound isolation. This professional device is designed especially for broadcasting purposes such as news and sports reporting. It has efficient neodymium drivers to capture speech accurately and with great definition.

Overview

These headphones boast a frequency range of 10 to 30,000 Hz with an impedance of 250 ohms. The attached condenser microphone has a remarkable bass response and is placed on the end of a flexible gooseneck that can be positioned at any angle at an ideal distance of 5 to 10cm away from the mouth.

Other features

The gooseneck microphone can be worn on either side of the headset, and the ear piece is equipped with a soft ear pad that covers the ear completely. The headband is adjustable and padded as well. Virtually every component of this headset is easily replaceable, and a cable is not included.
