The new Sennheiser HMD 300 PRO and HMD 301 PRO broadcast headsets follow on from the HMD 280 PRO and HMD 281 PRO respectively. A new addition to both models is the ActiveGard limiter that protects your ears from loud noise peaks. The HMD 300 XQ-2 is another new model that comes with a cable included. Sennheiser's professional over-ear monitoring headphones have been given a facelift too with the HD 300 PRO and HD 300 PROtect taking over from the HD 380 PRO. As its name suggests, the PROtect version also features the ActiveGard limiter.
