With the Meinl MB400CHE RAPC Cherry, you'll be getting your hands a on highly durable set of bongos. It's made according to Meinl's own Radial Ply Construction technique, which uses five plies of wood that are pressed together, resulting in a highly durable instrument with excellent resonance. The set consists of a 6.75" bongo (macho) and an 8" bongo (hembra). Furthermore, the shells are fitted with True Skin drumheads that allow for a warm, deep sound, while the rounded rims prevent you from hurting your hands during extended playing sessions.

Meinl MB400CHE: Free Ride Suspension System

A noteworthy addition to these bongos is the Free Ride Suspension System, which holds the bongos in place. Due to this system, no holes are drilled into the shells; the hardware is attached to the bottom of the bongos using a special bridge. As such, the bongo shells can resonate freely without being hampered by the hardware. To top it off, there's the gorgeous high-gloss cherry finish.
