Vorig jaar had ik al de Orange Bass Butler gekocht en zocht er nog iets bij wat de Bass butler mooi zou aanvullen, een pedaal dat clean heel erg goed zou zijn. Gevonden in de Simplifier Bass Station! Helemaal geweldig! Alles is er goed aan! Inderdaad geen IR loaders maar gewoon goeie analoge speakersimulaties! Ook de twee FX loops zijn heel erg handig! Één na de preamp en één parallel. Voor mij de perfecte manier om bas in de studio in te spelen en voor mij meer focus dan wanneer ik plugins in Pro Tools gebruik! Heb ook de Simplifier DLX voor gitaar en de mkII staat nog op mijn lijstje! Dus ja... Ik ben inderdaad fan van onze helden uit Chili!

Echt een top ding. Geen rare fratsen met simulaties maar heel subtiel allemaal. Super veel opties en hoge kwaliteit inputs. Knopjes ben ik wel huiverig voor omdat het wat klein is. Simulatie klinkt echt als een SVT (ik heb er zelf een) maar niet zo overdreven lomp als de meeste simulaties. Boss overdrive klinkt erg lekker for de speaker simulatie en dat zegt wat …
Zeker proberen want ik nog niks beters tegengekomen.
