General
Aguilar is a brand that's dedicated to making top-quality gear for bassists just like this Grape Phaser effects pedal. Like other pedals by Aguilar, it has a robust housing which in this case is purple. It's easy to use as well with just two control knobs in addition to the footswitch. The rate knob controls the speed of the modulation and the color knob determines how much of the signal passes through the phase shifting circuit. That's all you need to serve up some extremely funky bass sounds. The pedal is also equipped with gig-saver bypass that still passes on the signal even if you're using a battery and it dies in the middle of your performance.
