T-Rex's classic chorus effect for bass guitars is now better than ever before. The T-Rex Sweeper 2 has been the subject of a graphic upgrade, including better-legible controls. Additionally, its algorithm is renewed to give it a warmer, richer, more vintage-like chorus. This second version is still as straightforward and user-friendly as the first version, however. Tones and controls of the T-Rex Sweeper 2

The T-Rex Sweeper 2 offers you a wide range of classic chorus sounds for bass guitar, using only three controls. Turn the Depth knob to adjust the amount of chorus effect (from subtle to full sweep), and then use the Rate knob to set its speed. A quick Rate and low Depth result in a light, sparkly chorus, whereas a slow Rate and higher Depth give you a rather more dramatic effect. In addition to standard mono use, this pedal has a stereo mode that allows for a fantastically wide stereo chorus effect.

Optimal volume control

Naturally, the T-Rex Sweeper 2 is equipped with a volume control to adjust the overall output level. Additionally, there's a Level knob on the side of the pedal that allows you to adjust the input level, so you can counter signal distortion. When the red LED lights up, the level is too high. To prevent you from accidentally adjusting settings while playing or during transport, the Level knob can be pressed into the housing. The Sweeper 2 is powered by a single 9V battery (included) or a separately available power supply such as the T-Rex FuelTank Junior, for instance.
