Remember that little '60s band from Liverpool that shook the world with their music, gripping melodies and well-written choruses? You can faithfully reproduce that sound with the 50W MINI SUPERBEETLE bass amplifier from VOX. This genuine and compact revival of the amp originally used by Paul McCartney can do much more than its humble size suggests and next to treating its audience to throbbing and defined lows, wouldn't look too bad as the centre-piece in your living room. The speaker cabinet with unique bass reflection is responsible for some rich and much-needed lows while an on-board compressor ensures more-than-excellent sustain. To further sculpt the tone and timbre to taste, VOX have included a 4-band equaliser for any highly committed bassists.

Equally responsible for the full-grown sound of the MINI SUPERBEETLE is the Korg-designed Nutube: a modern twist on the traditional vacuum-tube that delivers the same rich overtones and natural harmonic distortion, without eating up as much power and while offering a number of quality-of-life improvements over original tubes. Last but not least is a built-in fuzz effect, which completely does away with the need to buy an external fuzz stompbox.
