General

The Z.Vex Woolly Mammoth Vexter is a high-quality fuzz pedal for bass guitar and guitar that is notable for its powerful bass and amazingly rich tone. The Wool knob adjusts the woolliness of the sound, while the Pinch knob sets the width of the pulse. Turn the Pinch to the left and you'll get a smooth, creamy sound. Turn it to the right for a more distorted, pervasive sound. What's more, this hand-made pedal is exceptionally energy-efficient!

The remarkable Z.Vex.

Z.Vex Effects are known for their unique effect pedals. The company's founder, Zachary Vex, is a household name in the world of innovative guitar effects. You are bound to find his effects, including the famous Fuzz Factory, on the pedalboards of several famous guitarists. Z.Vex pedals are often made and painted by hand (with the exception of the Vexter and Vextron series) and are only produced in limited numbers - by elves, according to Z.Vex.

See the video for a demonstration by Zachary Vex himself.
