The Mapex AC909 bass drum lift does just what its name suggests; it lifts your bass drum. If you have a smaller bass drum, that does not mean you have to settle for a smaller sound! This Mapex bass drum lift lifts the batter side of your bass drum, allowing the beater to hit the centre of the batter head and preventing the low frequencies from escaping into the ground. This results in a sound that you'd only expect from a much larger bass drum!
