Focusrite Pro RedNet 1 8-Channel I/O AD/DA Network Converter
Product no: TS-IRREDNET1 Bax Music Warranty: This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

General

The RedNet 1 by Focusrite Pro is easy to connect to your network with a standard Ethernet cable, and can be controlled from a distance via the network so you can place it anywhere in your facility. It is equipped with Focusrite's super-precise 24-bit AD and DA conversion for the very best audio performance, and as such, you get a dynamic reach of 120 dB at sample rates up to 192 kHz.

RedNet 1 In and Out

The back of the RedNet 1 is home to the standard DB25 connectors for analogue patchbays or breakout cable interfacing. The front displays the sample rate and work level, and has signal level indicators. You can connect multiple devices to the system, with support of up to 128 channels in and out; sample 128 channels up to 96 kHz and 64 channels up to 192 kHz.

The RedNet Digital Converter Series

The RedNet series consists of five products: four high-quality, versatile interfaces with the traditional Focusrite Pro values and performance. The sound is of course the most important aspect, though the price/quality ratio is impressive enough that it's certainly worth mentioning! Also worth mentioning is that the optional RedNet PCI Express card is also available for this series for low-latency audio, so you can enjoy 3 ms on every sample rate!

Furthermore, each analogue interface has a dynamic range of 120 dB with 24-bit resolution, so you can use sample rates up to 192 kHz. Every RedNet I/O device also features JetPLL for a very low jitter clock recovery. Focusrite's conversion systems use the newest AD/DAs.
