General

The Behringer Eurorack UB2442FX-PRO is a PA and studio mixer with tons of integrated functions. Sixteen line inputs are at your disposal, with 4-band EQ and a semi-parametric mid band. You have plenty of options with this mixer, thanks to the 24-bit stereo multi-effects processor. If that's not enough for your purposes though, the UB2442FX-PRO is also equipped with a well-thought-out routing system that makes it possible to connect additional effects devices to the mixer. This means you can reconnect separately edited signals to the main mix via aux sends and returns. Functions such as feedback detection deepen the possibilities even further!

Functionality

This innovative Behringer mixer has a number of great functions on board. We've already mentioned a few of them, but we'd like to go into a little more depth for you, so you really know what a treasure you're looking at. First of all, there's the FBQ feedback detection system. This system makes use of LED indicators to let you know which bands have feedback frequencies. Once you see a light, you can quickly and easily eliminate the feedback to maintain your crystal-clear sound. Furthermore, this Eurorack mixer has a multi-effects processor on board. This puts effects such as chorus, flanger and reverb at your disposal, all of which are available the integrated 24-bit processor. As we also mentioned, connecting additional external FX devices is a piece of cake too! So in addition to the 100 effects provided with the mixer, you have further access to any effects that you choose to connect.

Subgroups and recording options

By making use of subgroups, you can send your signals to a second mixing console, for instance. Moreover, the UB2442FX-PRO also features parallel output switches for subgroups, which makes it possible to record multiple tracks simultaneously. This Behringer mixer also has direct outputs, which are excellent for recording possibilities. The UB2442FX PRO is the only model in the UB series that has a main insert, which can be used for connecting a dynamic processor or a graphic equalizer. So if you're looking for a mixer that offers clear sound with plenty of room for expansion, then the UB2442FX-PRO is for you!

Ik heb deze mixer al heel wat jaren en sta nog steeds versteld van zijn brede inzetbaarheid en degelijkheid. Nog geen kraakje te bekennen, terwijl hij nooit in een rack is geweest en altijd onbeschermd is vervoerd. Ik was minder voorzichtig dan met m'n andere spullen omdat ik deze voor een prikkie had gekocht en niet had gedacht dat ik er zo lang plezier van zou hebben. Ik heb er diverse bands mee gedraaid, altijd op goede actieve boxen.

Ik heb de mixer een aantal weken binnen gekregen en het is top.
Het zijn heel toffe effecten en ze zijn zeer nuttig.

Ik zou direct de zelfde kopen als die kapot zou zijn maar dat zal nog even duren want het is heel professionele kwaliteit.
