General

Behringer's KM1700 is an H-Class amplifier that produces 1700 Watts of power in bridge mode. If you want to connect two standard speakers, you can make use of 2x 500 Watts at 8 Ohms or 2x 800 Watts at 4 Ohms. Thanks to the Accelerated Transient Response, the sound is bright with plenty of punch, especially when it comes to the bass. The KM1700 doesn't operate continuously like other power amps but instead uses rail tracking that modulates the power using signal peaks for improved efficiency and performance. This is especially useful if your drummer that loves their double bass pedal kickrolls.

Simple Yet Diverse

The KM1700 may look like a simple amplifier on the outside but there's a lot going on on the inside. As such, its features include a voltage selection switch, which means you can use it the world over. There are different connection options so that you can use different types of speakers too. The incoming signal can be balanced or unbalanced using XLR or jack connectors, respectively. There's a ground lift switch to prevent any unwanted interference, a limiter that can be turned on and off, adjustable sensitivity and a mode selector knob that lets you choose between mono, stereo, or bridge. On the front of the unit you'll find two volume controls and a number of indicator lights.

Behringer is niks mis mee.
