General

Who wouldn't dream of having every type of guitar amp ever made at their disposal? Yamaha makes that dream a reality with the THR100H D guitar amp head. Yamaha's VCM technology offers a close reproduction of the unique characteristics of no less than five different end tubes. You can also set up the amp type (solid, clean, crunch, lead, modern) and the class (A/AB). Please note, this refers to analogue, not digital modelling. As a result, the sound is wonderfully dynamic and lively. The foot switch (included) can be configured via the USB port (boost, channel selection).

THR100H Dual: countless possibilities!

Yamaha's VCM technology allows you to choose from five different amp types, two amp classes and five different end tubes! Connoisseurs now know, just about every kind of tube amp can been reproduced, including the American Tweed crunch (6V6), the sparkling British AC-clean (EL84, class A), the woolly British crunch and lead sounds (EL34), those awesome American cleans with lots of headroom and tight bass tones (6L6), and the insanely high gain with plenty of low end (KT-88). Long story short - the possibilities are virtually endless. The built-in reverb is also top notch, which makes sense, seeing it has been taken directly from Yamaha's infamous studio gear.

THR100H Dual: double your pleasure

The Yamaha THR100H offers you all of the above... and then doubles it. Both channels operate fully independently from each other, making it possible to set up completely different types of amplifiers with ease. The included foot switch makes changing from channel I to channel II virtually effortless. You can also opt to combine the channels. Its adjustable output capacity (25, 50, 100 watt) makes this amp head suitable for any occasion, from living room to pub to concert hall. A headphone input is included for use in the bedroom. The double XLR connectors offer even more convenience, on stage as well as in the studio.
