General

The super-serious Palmer Eins amplifier head may be a mere slip of a thing, but this tiny 1-Watt box gives the humble guitarist the rich and real tube-driven sound of an ECC82 and ECC82 valve, at a much lower and arguably more useful volume. The incredibly utilitarian, fuss-free controls give you nothing but a tone and volume pot, simply because that's all you're going to need, and for a nice gain nudge simply hit the little boost switch in the middle. This clever wee amp can be hooked up to an 8 or 16 Ohm speaker cabinet, or the provided simulated output can be directly connected to an audio interface for a clean signal, free of any unintended distortion, or you can of course use the Hi-Z output to link the Eins to another guitar amp.

Palmer Eins 1 Watt Guitar Amp Head

Flexible little unit that feels well built. Simple to use with good connection options. So far used at rehearsals via a Marshall 2 x 10 cab. We are a 5 piece band with drummer, bass, synth and two guitars, however as we are not loud the Palmer Eins keeps up. Doubt it would with a heavy rock band though!
