Product no: 9000-0017-6857 Bax Music Warranty: This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

General

The Orange CR120H BLK is a high-quality guitar amplifier head from the Crush Pro series. The analogue circuit is modelled after the Rockerverb valve head, giving you a very responsive sound. This head has 120 watts of power and two channels, making it capable of handling anything from sparkling cleans to fat rock tones. It sports a black Tolex finish and traditional hieroglyphs to indicat which control is which. The CR120H is a top-quality head at a very sharp price.

Two channels, effects loop and digital reverb

Orange's CR120H guitar amplifier top has two channels: Clean and Dirty. The Dirty channel uses a four-phase gain circuit and a 3-band equalizer, allowing for a wide range of overdrives and distortion. Its Clean channel is based on a two-band equalizer and produces a warm, clean sound that gains a rugged Rockerverb edge at higher volumes. An effects loop ensures an optimal operation of your effect pedals, and the built-in digital reverb (spring, hall and plate) counters unwanted noise while creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Connecting cabinets

You can connect one 16 or 8-ohm cabinet via one of the jack outputs on the back, or two 16-ohm cabinets on both speaker outputs. The advantage of a transistor amplifier is that you can immediately start playing and don't (as is the case with a valve amp) have to wait several minutes fort the tubes to heat up. This means you can instantly experience the clear, distinctive Orange sound that so many guitarists know and love.

Orange CR120H BLK Crush Pro 120-watt guitar amplifier head
Wrote the following about Orange CR120H BLK Crush Pro 120-watt guitar amplifier head
