ENGL E606SE Ironball Special Edition Guitar Amp Head
Product no: 9000-0060-0632 Bax Music Warranty: This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

General

When it comes to sound, the ENGL E606SE Ironball Special Edition doesn't make any compromises. For starters, this tube-fitted guitar amp head doesn't have any semi-conductors for as pure as possible signals quality and features four ENGL ECC83s / 12AX7s in the preamp and two ENGL EL84s in the power amp. Together, these tubes thrust out a balanced but powerful sound with an outstanding hunk of gain; a sound that's solidly reproduced all across the board. There are two channels at your disposal, the first one being the Clean, for crisp, natural cleans or delicate crunch when tickled using the Master Volume Boost. The second is the Lead Channel, which is perfect if you want to play with a boostable mountain of gain.

The ENGL E606SE Ironball Special Edition: Unlimited Versatility

There aren't many guitar amp heads out there that pack as many possibilities as the E606SE Ironball Special Edition does. Among the ones you'll be using frequently are digital reverb and delay, and all the functions found on the front, including IR Selection and Noise Gate Threshold, can be programmed via MIDI. For further tweaking, there are gain, presence and master controls, as well as a USB port to load in IRs. Thanks to power soak and the headphone jack, you can keep playing until longer after dark without being a bother and if we can give you a tip: if you need a suitable speaker cab as well, check out the ENGL E112VSB Pro 1x12" Cabinet for a stack built on an uber-solid foundation.
