The Bowers & Wilkins A5 is an advanced active speaker that will perfectly feel at home in your living room. Thanks to the different technologies used by Bowers & Wilkins, the quality of this product's sound is excellent! Perfect stereo reproductions of your music are made possible thanks to special tapering tube tweeters, in combination with two 4-inch woofers that take care of the middle and low frequencies. With the special AirPlay technology, you can keep your iOS device with you as the music is transmitted to the A5 speaker wirelessly.

Technical details of the A5 wireless speakers

The A5 looks very stylish with its brushed aluminium accents and the black fabric, but the sounds needs to be brilliant as well, of course. This isn't an issue for the A5, thanks to a built-in DSP processor and a class-D amp module that ensure optimal audio and enough power! 20 watts of power per component ensures that the music is produced in a full, clear and neat fashion. With the special Flowport construction, an optimal reproduction of low tones is made possible, which is quite impressive for a speaker of this size. The basic construction consists of a glass-reinforced ABS body, that is durable and prevents resonances. Do you need to connect a multimedia device that doesn't have AirPlay? In that case you can use the 3.5mm auxiliary input.

Stylish design and quality

The quality of the A5 is made possible by using great D/A converters that convert digital signals into analogue signals for amplification. It doesn’t stop there! The speaker has a high-quality finish with a brushed aluminium look at the top and a black fabric that covers the components, but is acoustically neutral.
