The DRX-12BA is an active 12-inch subwoofer by DAP Audio. This powerful unit has a 600W built-in amplifier. With this subwoofer, the only additional requirements for a healthy dose of bass are an XLR cable and a power cable. The DRX-12BA combines a surprising light weight with a solid housing. This model weighs less than 19 kg. Its housing is made of 15mm thick plywood which has been finished with scratchproof black lacquer. The recess on top lets you mount a distance rod for a satellite speaker.
DAP Audio DRX-12BA: Properties
The frequency response of the DRX-12BA starts at 47 Hz and therefore includes tangible low frequencies. For additional punch, the 12-inch woofer is assisted by the double-ventilated bass reflex housing. A fan keeps the amplifier cool and indicators tell the user when the limiter is activated. An active limiter (80 Hz HPF) divides the frequencies for subwoofer and satellite speaker. HPF can be bypassed if desired, for an unfiltered audio reproduction. Phase reversal and ground lifting can be controlled at the rear, so that the DRX-12BA performs optimally in whatever configuration. A great choice for a compact all-round PA setup with full-rangers from the DRX series.

La définition de la basse ( lorsqu'on équoute le caisson seul: ce qui n'arrive pas en soirée)n'est pas aussi parfaite que la DAP DLM-12SA , mais le DAP DLM-12 SA cogne moin fort !
J'ai également testé le SAMSON AURO D1200 qui était mon second choix après DAP DRX-12BA .
Donc pour moi après 1 heure de test excellent caisson !
Suffisament puissant pour apporter l'assise dans le grave qui me manquait avec mes deux enceintes Montarbo NM250A.(8")
J'ai maintenant un systeme equilibré de diffusion pour les petits groupes ou pour les soirées dansantes.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.
De levering van bax-shop blijft geweldig!! 5 * voor de sub van dap audio en bax-shop!
