What looks like a Mackie, walks like a Mackie and talks like a Mackie, but isn't a Mackie? This American Audio subwoofer, of course! This budget model is a great substitute if you can't afford the real thing, and you can count on it to perform, albeit in less demanding situations than you'd expect from a real Mackie. Of course, this version has a much friendlier price tag, so it's an excellent choice for mobile use or for organisations on a budget.
The PXW 18P is a powerful 18-inch subwoofer with a built-in amplifier. This means that you don't have to deal with external amplifiers - just plug it in and you're ready to go! It delivers a maximum of 128 dB so you can get that nice bass that every party needs. You'll also find two handles on each side for easy transport.

Heeft een mooie dieppe bass en kan veel hebben. Zelf als de hele avond tegen de clip aan gedraaid wordt heeft deze nog een super geluid.

Deze subs zijn zeer goed en staan dus ook hun mannetje op groter feesten per 6 of 4 maar per 2 zijn ze perfect inzet baar tot 250 man dat speel je gemakkelijk plat met deze subs!
Het is een mooie kopie van de Mackies SWA1801, alleen een heel stuk goedkoper.
Ik heb ze 1 op 1 kunnen vergelijken en er zit een klein verschil in geluidsdruk en klankkleur in, maar dit vind ik te verwaarlozen. Zeker voor het geld!

de grootte (het zijn behoorlijke bakken, en er 2 opstapelen in je eentje is onmogelijk +/- 80kg)
de wielen hadden wel wat beter mogen zijn
Al met al kan ik de - punten wel wegstrepen tegen de + punten, mits je een aanhanger of een bus hebt.
Ik heb er zelf 4 stuks van en als je ze stackt dan komt het laag zeer overtuigend over.
Tip:Houdt rekening met het stroomverbruik 10 ampere per stuk.

deze subwoofer is echt te gek!, een superlevering van bax, savonds besteld smorgens in huis, ze zetten hem op een pallet in de tuin ,wiletjes eronder zetten en je rolt hem zo weg! , hij is echt groot, want ik was bang dat hij heel weinig vermogen had. maar dit is zeker niet waar . hij heeft lekker vermogen maar het nadeel is wel dat hij groot is en superzwaar 78 kilo ,maar wat wil je anders met dit wattage! super bax,ben er na 4 uurtjes al zeker van dat hij geen miskoop is geweest ,en die 800 wat is zeker geen piek , dit is echt het rms vermogen . ik ben er echt blij mee, de krasvaste lak komt ook eens van pas als je hem vervoert en de wieltjes zijn zeker geen slechte waar de lagers zo uitvallen! ,aleen de boutjes van de wielen willen er na een paar uur komen de boutjes van de wielen wel los, dus een tip draai ze goed aan haha ,

deze kast heb ik aangeschaft voor de carnaval en verhuur ik denk (hoop) dat ik er nog lang plezier van heb...
