General

This is the biggest brother in HK Audio's XA family. Like its smaller brethren, it is cleverly designed and very versatile. You can use this speaker as a floor monitor or as a full-range satellite in your PA setup. As it is an active speaker, setting it up is incredibly easy. It is the perfect device for you as a musician and your audience as, well, your audience.

You can tune this active speaker to produce the best sound for music and for vocals via a knob on the back. It'll easily bring out the tones you want it to bring out. Additionally, you can plug a microphone directly into this speaker, simply put the switch to Mic and you're good to go. You don't have to worry whether people are able to hear you thanks to this speaker's built-in 600W class-D amplifier (which is very light of weight and also very powerful). Combined with a 15-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter, you can create a maximum SPL of a massive 123 decibels. As you can easily fly this speaker from a ceiling or truss construction via its three (M8) rigging points, it is as great for fixed setups as it is for mobile ones. Unlimited possibilities and a marvellous sound.
