The popular brand Alto Pro has succeeded in combining affordability and quality with their new TS210, a reliable speaker with a 10-inch woofer from their new Truesonic TS2 series. Compared to the TS110A from the TS1 series, the TS210 delivers a large dose of extra power with a 550-watt capacity. This means you can turn up the volume even more without any sign of distortion in the audio. Its sleek new look shows that this transparent-sounding speaker has received a complete makeover. What hasn't changed are the presence of two XLR/jack inputs on the rear, each with its own separate volume control.
TS210: easy to use
Not only is the TS210 easy to carry, but its 10-inch woofer makes it suitable for filling average-sized venues with a powerful sound. If you need a bit more bass depth, you can opt to hook up a suitable Alto Pro subwoofer. If you only use the microphone/line inputs on the back without an external mixer, you can easily link up a second TS210 using the link output. Furthermore, this robust speaker is equipped with handy extras like a ground-lift, various internal safeties and an EQ contour switch for boosting high and low frequencies.

C'est pile le bon compromis entre la puissance et le poids très raisonnable pour mon dos fragile!
Et à la maison, la TS210 me sert pour jouer, y compris à volume modeste pendant que les enfants dorment.

Ik twijfelde tussen dB-technologies B-Hype 10 en deze Alto.
Horen zou nuttig zijn, dus naar Bax Goes. De Alto stond niet in demo. Heb gezegd dat ik ze niet graag zou bestellen om een keuze te maken, en de afvaller als B-stock terugsturen. Was ook niet nodig. De Alto werd uit magazijn in winkeldemo gehaald. Dus heel goed van Bax.
Het is uiteindelijk deze Alto geworden. Ik heb ze nu een maand en gebruik ze minstens 10 uur per dag. Heel duidelijk geluid, alle kleine tingeltangeltjes springen er gewoon uit. Bij anderen moet je er aandacht aan geven, en hier vliegen ze in je oor.
Bij jazz heel duidelijk de galm en nog natrillen van snaren. Ineens heel duidelijk stereo.
En ze moeten niet luid, muziekkamer en 80-85 db geluidsterkte.
Bij mij gaan de B&W's JBL's (en het zijn goeie) en Behringer de deur uit nu.
Geen nadelen gevonden. De dubbele ingang is heel handig, de eene gebruik ik voor wat uit de interface komt, de andere komt uit mengpaneeltje met CD TV en FMradio.
Geen brom of andere bijgeluiden. Ik heb er wel 2 mono (=omwille goede kanaalscheiding) DI-boxen tussen gezet, niet dat dit nodig was. De Ground-lift gebruik ik voorlopig niet.
Ik heb er ook al een 2x 31 kanaals toonregeling tussen gezet. Opgelet, slechts hier en daar een paar db-tjes aanpassen, het is snel overdaad. Wel handig om bv. het scherpe hoog van harde piano-aanslagen ietsje te minderen om het aangenamer te maken. Maar de Alto brengt echt wel wat er is!
