General
The Fazley VI-900 beginner violin offers the up-and-coming Nigel Kennedys and Vanessa Maes a great way to get acquainted with the instrument. With its 4/4 size, both children and adults can use this violin comfortably. What's more, the VI-900 comes as part of a highly complete package that also includes a plush-lined soft case, a bow and rosin to treat the bow with. The violin itself has a maple top, plywood sides and back and a pear wood fingerboard.
Fazley VI-900: full-size beginner violin
This full-sized violin is suitable for adults or children with an arm length of approximately 60 cm. For younger children a smaller size violin like 3/4, 1/2, 1/3, 1/8, or 1/10 is recommended. For a violin, the arm length should be measured from the middle of the palm of the hand to under the chin. This will give you the length that will allow the scroll to be held in a curved hand, with the elbow slightly bent and fingers pointing towards the face. If the measurement falls between two sizes, it's recommended to go with the smallest size.

Ben een absolute beginner maar ben zeer tevreden over deze viool hij is mooi super goed afgewerkt en heeft een heel mooi geluid dus zeer tevreden met deze set
Hij is makkelijk speelklaar te maken zeker voor een beginner en goed te stemmen

De viool ziet er erg mooi uit en ideaal dat er al een mooie tas bij zit. Een compleet pakket om te beginnen met viool spelen of om een oude hobby weer op te pakken.
Bij JUIST gebruik, zeker zeer gunstige & goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!
Juist gebruik? YEP!!!
O.a.: Hars moet op je strijkstok!!! (@Mw. Grace M.!!! Gewend met stemmen van snaarinstrumenten?! hoeveel andere snaarinstrumenten 'behandeld' u met hars?)
Bij juist gebruik (evt. simpele instructie video via bijv. youtube ff checken), gaan de haren prima mee v/dl strijkstok! Hars geeft 'n soort van bescherming aan de haren en zorgt voor de juiste wrijving tussen strijkstok(haar) & snaren.
Enneh, bij evt. problemen met "in elkaar zetten", BAX-Shop is ook uitstekend telefonisch bereikbaar & behulpzaam! :-)
Na zo'n 11 jaar 'tussenpauze', zo'n viool in mn handen hebben en het weer op te (willen gaan) pakken, is alles behàlve een straf (noch iets anders negatiefs) ;-)!
