General
Fazley's VI-500 4/4 violin is perfect for beginners. It's a full-sized violin suitable for adults or children aged 11 and up. It comes complete with a soft case, a bow and rosin so that you have all you need to get started right away. The case has a soft interior to protect your instrument when you take it with you. The violin has a solid spruce top with flamed maple back and sides and an ebony fingerboard. The violin has a natural finish and comes with strings already attached.
Fazley VI-500: 4/4 violin
This full-sized violin is suitable for adults or children with arm length of approximately 60 cm. For younger children a smaller size violin like 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, or 1/10 is recommended. For a violin, the arm length should be measured from the middle of the palm of the hand to under the chin. This will give you the length that will allow the violin scroll to be held in a curved hand, with the elbow slightly bent and fingers pointing towards the face. If the measurement falls between two sizes, it's recommended to go with the smallest size.
