These strings have an even lighter playing feel than a standard light-gauged set and have been built to last. The Martin Strings MA175T Authentic Lifespan 2.0 strings have a Custom Light .011 to .052 gauge, lowering the tension when compared to a set of twelves while retaining the shimmering tone of 80/20 bronze. The core as well as the winding bear extra resistance and power, and to keep these strings sounding and feeling fresh for longer, they come with an improved coating.
