De sprankelende Fender 80/20 Dura-Tone Coated snaren zijn, net als de Fender 80/20, geschikt voor een akoestische western-gitaar die van zichzelf weinig helderheid bezit. Op de legering van koper en zink is hier een Dura-Tone beschermlaag aangebracht, voor een langere levensduur. De normale, middeldikke (Medium) variant is deze Fender 880M, met snaardiktes van .013 tot .056. De snaren bieden een goede mix van soepelheid en een vol geluid.

Friday 28 August 2015Fender recently announced a number of new mandolins: the Concert Tone Mando Pack , Concert Tone FM52E , Concert Tone FM53S , Concert Tone FM63S and the Concert Tone FM63SE . The 53 series features the well-known classic teardrop shape, while the 63 series consists of gorgeous Baroque style mandolins.
