General
AKG have released a smaller variant of the very popular WMS 40 and 45 Pro series of wireless microphone systems. This WMS 40 Mini is equipped with the same HDAP technology that provides a true high-definition experience in a wireless system. Thanks to this HDAP technology, the microphones produce a good, natural sound.
AKG WMS40 Mini: Compact with a capital C
The AKG WMS 40 Mini surely is compact: the dimensions of the receiver are a third part smaller than those of normal WMS receivers. Yet, it still has balanced outputs, three status LEDs and volume control for the output signal. The handheld microphone is also a bit smaller, but it is still very comfortable in use. After all, a microphone has to fit nicely into your hand while you are singing!
Tips or comments about this product- This is the Vocal ISM 2 version that works in the frequency 864.375. AKG has three versions of the WMS 40 Mini Vocal set. Please check in advance which frequency you need in order to get the right version. All versions are available at Bax Music.

Ik heb er de rack inbouw kit bij gekocht zodat hij netjes tussen de andere apparatuur mee kan.
Voordelen:
- Compacte behuizing die je met z'n 3en naast elkaar kan zetten in een rack
- Goede kwaliteit voor zang
- makkelijk in bediening
- strak design met een niet belachelijk grote handheld maar juist een heel fijn ding in de hand
Nadelen
- geen microfoonklem meegeleverd
- mute knop op microfoon waar je mensen op moet wijzen die een microfoon-uitzet-tik hebben
- ik had graag een kleurcoderings mogelijkheid gezien
-Jack plug, xlr is beter omdat die vergrendeld
Kortom, als je niet proffesionneel wilt moet je deze gewoon kopen
Spul netjes uitgepakt, met videocamera er bij, (unpacking) kan handig zijn bij eventueel terugsturen, hoe zat het ook alweer in de doos.
Ver ben ik niet gekomen. Hield de handmicrofoon in de hand (hoort zo) en er rammelt iets in de handset. Net of er iets los zit. Dus durf hem niet aan te zetten i.v.m. kortsluiting of zo.
Heb email gestuurd naar Bax-shop op 24 december en gezegd, heeft geen haast, want kerst komt er aan.
Daarin gevraagd: hebben jullie zelf ook zo set liggen en rammelt er bij jullie ook iets in de handset.
Later, omdat ik niks hoorde van de bax-shop, nog maar een mail gestuurd.
Tot op vandaag nog steeds niks gehoord van hun. 5 januari 2016
Je zou toch zeggen, vanaf 24 december 2015 tot 5 januari 2016 je alle tijd hebt gehad om te reageren
maar heb nog niks gehoord.
Weet dus even nog niet wat ik hier mee aan moet, we wachten nog even af.
De rest van de mensen is enthousiast over dit ding, dus daarom heb ik hem besteld, snappie :)

Let wel op de Jack aansluiten, helaas geen XLR
zeer groot bereik. eigenlijk geen last van rondzingen en storingen.
Ik ben alleen wel benieuwd of er een 19" inbouw adapter voor is, weet iemand dat?
