When does wireless DMX get useful? When you've got a row of maybe eight LED spotlights linked and suspended over the stage, by setting up the first DMX-fixture in the chain with a wireless receiver, and your desk with a wireless transmitter, you can avoid bridging the 20-metre gap between the stage and the lighting desk with a cable, leaving you with a cleaner, more reliable setup. For exactly this reason, Chauvet DJ present the matched D-Fi XLR RX receiver and D-Fi XLR TX transmitter, and since they're both no bigger than your thumb, they make up a tight and simple wireless DMX system. This is the D-Fi XLR RX receiver.

Bij de moving heads was er ietwat mindere synchronisatie: daar wel een kabel gebruikt.
Ook dat is fijn: je kunt het doorelkaar gebruiken.
Ik heb zelf de oplaadcase met 1 zender en 3 ontvangers, maar dit ga ik zeker nog verder uitbreiden.
Dit product gebruikt ik voor mijn drive in shows in combinatie met DMX lichten.
Het onderscheidt zich met andere draadloze DMX doordat deze op batterij werken zonder stroomkabels te hoeven leggen !
Tot nu toe avondjes gedraaid van +/- 7 uur zonder problemen !
Verder heb ik van CHAUVET ook de Gigbar Move. Ook zeer tevreden over.
De zender is snel opgeladen, de ontvangers doen er iets langer over.
Mocht je toch met contante stroomtoevoer willen werken dan kan dit ook doormiddel van een oplader met usb c aansluiting (niet meegeleverd).
Er zijn 16 kanalen dus je vind altijd wel een die niet stoort, als er überhaupt een stoort. dit gaat heel gemakkelijk en snel dmv led lampjes.
De andere grote plus is dat ze op accu zijn. ze hebben dus geen voeding nodig. Mochten ze toch onverwachts leeg zijn plug je ze gewoon in op het stroomnetwerk dmv een micro usb kabel (deze is niet meegeleverd)
Er is ook een set bestaand uit - 1 zender, 3 ontvangers en een ladecase waar je 8 stuks tegelijk opladen kan.
Ik heb die set gekocht en 5 losse ontvangers. Mooi spul!
