The ION Slides Forever is a fast slide and film scanner suitable for both PC and Mac and easily digitises any standard 35mm slides and film via USB. Your hard-copy shots and reels are processed at great speed and in high quality so you can digitally store all those memories. The Slides Forever can process 1 to 2 slides per second with top-quality optics. The digitalised scans have an incredibly detailed resolution of 5 megapixels (about 2600 x 1700 pixels).
Using the Slides Forever
The Slides Forever is simply connected to your PC or Mac with the included USB cable. With most operating systems, there's no need to download any drivers and the software it comes with helps you transfer your slides or film to your computer and edit them afterwards. The digitised pictures can be opened by any other image-related software and since this ION have built-in automatic light and colour balancing, there may not be much editing to do. The ION Slides Forever is an essential device for those who want their slides and film to last forever.
Tips or comments about this product- The ION Slides Forever is compatible with Microsoft Windows version 10 (pre-2019 update). It can also be used with Windows 7 if you download this driver.
- The ION Slides Forever is currently not compatible with Windows 10 versions running the 2019 Update.
- The ION Slides Forever is currently not compatible with Mac OS versions High Sierra and Mojave.

Au niveau de la commande et de la livraison, c'est parfait et très rapide.
Attention tout de même avec Windows 10. J'ai du demander un pilote à Bax Music qui me l'a fourni dans l'heure mais j'aurai peut-être pu aller chercher l'ancienne configuration de Vista que j'avais auparavant.
Après ce moment de flottement, tout marche très bien. La notice est bien faite mais l'utilisation de l'appareil est de toute façon intuitive.
