General
The Audiophony CDX-4 is the perfect starter model for beginning DJs, because it has both CD/MP3 and USB functionality. It also features a scratch function and no less than five built-in effects, which is extremely rare for a player within this price range. The CDX-4 has a relay function, which allows you to connect a second CDX-4 and to synchronise the play/pause functions.
Layout and functions of the CDX-4
The CDX-4 has a tight design. Its black housing and illuminated buttons make it a real eye-catcher. A lot of thought has been put into its layout. The 13 cm jog wheel has a central position, allowing DJs to work creatively and accurately. The Cue and Play buttons are large and easily accessible, which is great as they are used most often.
DSP effects processor
Between the large illuminated display and the jog wheel, you will find various control buttons. The scratch and search functions are easily accessible and you have the possibility to select several effects. The CDX-4 has a DSP effects processor with five different effects (flanger, filter, echo, scratch and reverse), which enable you to add some creativity to your mix.
Tabletop CD players always include a short RCA-RCA cable, for connection to a mixer. If you intend to use it intensively, you may want to add a more flexible cable to your order, such as the Procab CAB800.
- Please note: this device supports CD-RW. However, frequent use is not recommended to prevent damage to the lens.

Leuk dat er een paar effecten op zitten al horen
die op een mengpaneel
Verder speelt ie de USB goed af en niks te klagen
over de bouwkwaliteit, voelt goed aan allemaal.
En dat gaat op de "Audiophony CDX-4 tabletop media speler " uitstekend.

Ik vind het een fijne Mediaspler, alle functies die ik nodig heb zitten erop. Zelf ben ik ook op deze afgegaan voor de USB poort die erop zit.
