De meegeleverde klanken in de presets (niet overschrijfbare), user (overschrijfbaar), en model (Roland cloud gebaseerd) zijn nogmaal een bevestiging van hoe goed Roland klanken zijn.
Maar, (ja toch een maar gevonden) de cloud gebaseerde models zijn beperkt en zijn prijzig.
Je krijgt er dan wel de authentieke klanken van die synths voor natuurlijk.
Dankzij de cadeaubon van Bax heb ik deze synth aan een zeer mooie prijs kunnen kopen.
Op vlak van aansluitmogelijkheden geen tekort, 2 usb A poorten EN een usb C poort. Roland heeft eindelijk geluisterd naar wat klanten al JAREN vragen. Natuurlijk ook DIN midi in en uit zijn voorhanden.
Wat me ook opviel is dat één van de usb A poorten kan gebruikt worden om bvb een midi controller aan te sluiten, bvb een midi toetsenbord met aftertouch. Zo kan je dit dus wel gebruiken want die mogelijkheid bied het Gaia 2 klavier niet.
Roland heeft dit wel opgelost door het xy pad die ,als je dit wenst, motion recording ondersteund.
Er zijn al een handvol 3rd party preset banken te koop en via de Roland Cloud kan je ook al een 3 of 4-tal models gebruiken mits aankoop.
Door het overzichtelijk plaatsen van de instellingen is deze synth aan te raden voor zowel de beginnende als vergevorde artiest.
Ja ik raad dit instrument zeker aan.
Keybed is een aangename verassing wanneer je ze vergelijkt met de laatste Korgs , natuurlijk in deze tijden mag je geen aftertouch verwachten van Roland en korg.
Gelukkig word dit goedgemaakt door de xy pad.
1 minpuntje is de filter die bij hogere resonaties de bass verliest maar dit zagen we vaker ook bij roland classics.
Sterkste punt komt van de enorme hoeveelheid fx en masterfx sectie. Hierdoor word de gaia2 een sounddesign powerhouse. (Spijtig dat een line in dan ontbreekt)
Een heel goede aanvulling op elk bestaand synth arsenaal. Klinkt als geen andere synth

Based on the text and the accompanying specifications, we assume that Casio is trying to lure us to their NAMM booth so they can present their latest keyboard/synthesizer: the MZ-X. This will likely remind keyboard enthusiasts of the MZ-2000, an old Casio model that, considering the words 'Reinvented, Reimagined, Reborn' is apparently about to be brought back to life. Rumour has it that two models will be released, the MZ-500 and the MZ-1000, but take that with a grain of salt; it's very possible that MZ-X is indeed the final name for this workstation.
