General

Bax Music has managed to get their hands on a limited number of Mustang Bass PJ FSR's for its European and UK markets. This electric short scale bass black-on-black edition fits any and every style. If you're into a kind of music that doesn't really suit the standard colours, this is the perfect moment to add this bass to your arsenal. Do note, this is a limited edition which will only be available while stock lasts! Next to the body, the headstock and hardware are jazzed up with a matching black finish. The dark, ebony fretboard completes this bass guitar's stylishly black look.

Mustang Bass PJ: Playability for all kinds of bass guitarists

Thanks to its shorter, 30-inch scale length, this Fender bass is particularly easy to play, making it well suited for somewhat smaller bassists or guitarists who frequently pick up a bass. This beautifully dark-coloured bass will play to the tune of many a bass player looking to add a short-scale to their collection. The C-profile neck and 9.5-inch fretboard radius on this Factory Special Run ensure all of the playing joy and comfort one may expect from this unmistakable Fender piece.

Boundary-breaking versatility

As soon as you plug this bad boy into your amp, you'll realise just how versatile the Mustang Bass PJ becomes thanks to this passive bass' two renowned single-coil pickups. For that legendary Precision sound, there's a split-coil pickup in mid position and one at the bridge. A 3-way pickup switch allows you to actively use one or both pickups at the same time. Any last-minute tweaking can be easily carried out using the volume and tone controls. Basically, it's both this short-scale bass' looks and its sound that let you claim a rightful spot and the perfect tonal pocket in any type of genre!

Fender FSR Mustang Bass PJ Black EB
Wrote the following about Fender FSR Mustang Bass PJ Black EB
