Sony's software developers haven't exactly been resting on their laurels. Quite the opposite, actually: those busy bees have taken the popular Vegas editing software to the next level. With version 12 of this software package at your disposal, nothing is keeping you from editing your video and audio like a real pro. A lot of know-how of these media is not required - Sony's products are known for their remarkable user-friendliness. Whether you want to make a music video for your band, a wedding video or a truly grand project like your own feature film, Vegas Pro 12 is your partner in crime.

The new functions and features of Sony's Vegas Pro 12 (more than 40!) will certainly not disappoint. The Expanded Edit Mode, for instance, allows for better, more natural cuts, and selecting round or rectangular masking for your videos is now easier than ever. In addition to the regular masking functionality, it is now possible to edit a selection using effects, which allows you to blur faces, for instance, like they do on the news. If you're accustomed to working with a large number of media, you'll really appreciate the media file tagging function, which enables you to change the properties of several media files in one go.
