General

Radial Engineering heeft diverse DI's in de aanbieding, voor alle toepassingen is er wel een geschikt model. Zo is dit de Radial Stage Bug SB-2. Een passieve DI-box, ontworpen voor geluidsbronnen met een gebufferde output. Te denken valt aan elektrisch-akoestische gitaren (met voorversterker), keyboards en synthesizers en elektrische bassen. Door de unieke stereo-naar-mono samenvoeging is de SB-2 ook een handige manier om stereokanalen naar een kanaal om te zetten, om ruimte op de PA-mixer te besparen.

Stage Bug SB-2: constructie en aansluitingen

De SB-2 heeft een compacte, maar uiterst robuuste stalen behuizing. Deze is groen afgewerkt met poedercoating en is klaar voor gebruik on-the-road. We zien een jack-input en een thru-uitgang. Aan de andere kant is de XLR-uitgang, waarmee het audiosignaal richting stagebox of mixer gaat. Extra instellingsmogelijkheden zijn er in de vorm van een schakelbare -10 dB pad en een ground lift. Deze passieve DI heeft geen stroom nodig en heeft een volkomen vlakke frequentiecurve en een bijzonder lage harmonische vervorming. Hoogwaardige en betrouwbare audioschakel!
