De converter doet wat hij moet doen. Het is een goedkoop toestel en je mag geen wonderen verwachten. Als de kwaliteit van de video goed is zal ook de output (mpg-formaat) goed zijn. De meegeleverde software (PowerDirector) werkt prima. Je kan de opname volgen via de monitor van je pc.
Alles werkte meteen van de eerste keer en dit onder windows 7. De door mij gecopieerde video-films waren ca. 30 jaar oud, staan nu op de harde schijf en kunnen via mediaplayer op TV afgespeeld worden. Ben tevreden.
Na enkel keren heen en weer mailen kreeg ik een telefoon nummer en werd prima door mijn problemen geloodsd.
Nogmaals dankvor deze geweldige service
Goed en gemakkelijk product.
Wel spijtig dat er geen handleiding bij zit over wat je precies moet doen nadat je alles geinstalleerd hebt... Ik heb namelijk een tijdje moeten zoeken naar het videokanaal
