Innox has expanded upon their range of flight cases by adding a series of new 19-inch double-door models. They're made of ABS which is a material known for its toughness and the cases come in different heights and depths. In addition, there's now a handy mixer case and a microphone case available too.
Shallow - standard - extra deep
If you're using relatively shallow 19-inch rack equipment like effects or processors, you're unlikely to need a deep flight case which means the shallow flight cases that are 8 inches deep and offer 2U to 8U of rack height space should be perfect. If you're using standard-sized 19-inch rack equipment, the standard flight cases with a depth of 17 inches are available in heights of 2U to 6U. There are two trolley models designed for mobile setups too. For equipment with a greater depth, you can best make use of the extra deep cases that are 19 inches deep and 2U to 6U high or 4U to 6U high in the trolley versions.
Rugged construction
All of the cases are made of ABS and have a special pattern on the top and the bottom which makes them easily stackable. Extra reinforcement is provided by aluminium extrusions and each case is equipped with butterfly latches that close securely and open easily. The cases also have two handles to make them easier to carry.
Mixer case and microphone case
The mixer case and the microphone case are also made of ABS. The mixer case offers 12U of rack space and the mixer can be tilted inside the case to a comfortable angle. The microphone case has room for 9 microphones as well as accessories and it comes with a thick layer of foam for optimal protection.
