General
Using a vacuum tube microphone preamplifier makes it possible to get a warm, vintage sound. Because the preamplifier is separate from the microphone, it makes it easy to tuck it away out of sight, and it also keeps the microphone lightweight so it stays securely on the mic stand.
The cardioid pickup pattern also works to make this microphone perfectly suited for both studio and live applications. Because little to no noise is picked up - apart from that of the vocalist - there is also very little chance of feedback. Finally, you can enjoy the ruby red light of the internal tube whenever the microphone is on!

Nou daar ben ik achter gekomen. Ik heb helaas de slechte ervaring met deze micro gehad dat ik tot 2 maal toe deze heb terug gestuurd omdat de micro ongelooflijk kraakte en stoorde. Jammer, maar nu ben ik weer helemaal blij. Weliswaar bijna 4 keer zo duur maar 100 keer beter, de MXL Genesis buizen microfoon. Tja, ik ben de Neumann U87 gewend, maar dat is geen buizen microfoon. De warmte en 'ballen' van deze MXL is fantastisch, zeker voor deze prijs.
Microfoon ziet er leuk uit en wordt zeer compleet geleverd, maar geluid valt tegen: dun geluid, niet wat je van een buizenmicrofoon zou verwachten.
Goed alternatief is de T-bone T-3000 (retro 3) van Thomann, voor 125 euro. Klinkt aanzienlijk voller en warmer.
Of de Audio-Technica AT2020. Geen buizenmicrofoon, maar een aanzienlijk betere klank. Te koop voor rond de honderd euro.
Bestelde hem en de volgende dag kreeg ik hem meteen binnen dus weer een super snelle levering van BAX-SHOP
Gebruik de Behringer T-1 studio condensator microfoon om jingle's in te spreken en tot nu toe heb ik nog geen klachten gehad over de kwaliteit!
Het verschil met duurdere microfoons is wel te horen door de professionals maar daar betaal je dan ook voor.
Voor de prijs krijg je gewoon een erg knappe microfoon daarom verdiend hij ook 4 sterren
