Even this deluxe, '60s-style Custom Telecaster with double body binding is unmistakably part of Squier's Classic Vibe Series and comes with tasteful details such as a vintage-finished neck and nickel-plated hardware. Add to that a similarly-styled bridge with three barrel saddles and a classic, '60s headstock and the picture is complete. For that robust Tele tone, you can trust the two Fender Designed Alnico Single-Coil pick-ups backed by a familiar electronics lay-out, while to offer you more-than-great playing comfort, Squier have bolted a C-profile, maple neck with a flat, 9.5-inch fretboard on the 3-tone sunburst body.

Wrote the following about Squier Classic Vibe 60s Custom Telecaster 3-Tone Sunburst
I own a couple of high end guitars, and I’ve never previously owned a Telecaster, so I wasn’t sure quite what to expect with this £345 Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster. Well, it more than surpassed my expectations! It didn’t need any setup work out of the box other than a quick tune up. The fit and finish is top class. There are no sharp fret edges. Everything looks and plays really well, so suffice to say I’m very pleased with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this guitar to anyone wanting a great quality Telecaster at an affordable price.

Prachtige afwerking en alles stevig en goed gemonteerd. Klank is mooi, pickups en knoppen werken naar behoren.
Maar je moet er rekening mee houden dat je de gitaar volledig nog moet afstellen. Nek zo krom als een hoepel: op de 1e fret al vals, fretten moeten worden bijgeslepen, ect. Dus flink klussen of extra kosten voor iemand die dat niet zelf kan, zoals ik...
Levering was prima en vlot zoals ik ben gewend van Bax.
Maar je moet er rekening mee houden dat je de gitaar volledig nog moet afstellen. Nek zo krom als een hoepel: op de 1e fret al vals, fretten moeten worden bijgeslepen, ect. Dus flink klussen of extra kosten voor iemand die dat niet zelf kan, zoals ik...
Levering was prima en vlot zoals ik ben gewend van Bax.

Als je graag een telecaster wil, en niet al teveel geld uit wil geven is dit de gitaar voor jou. Ik heb deze en de Fender Player variant geprobeerd. De squier classic vibe vond ik toch wel net iets beter, helemaal door het prijsverschil.
De pickups zijn goed en er komt een mooi typisch tele geluid uit. Meteen uit de doos heeft de gitaar wel een setup nodig. De actie was naar mijn smaak veel te hoog, deze heb ik moeten bijstellen. Ook was het fretboard nogal droog, die kon wel wat lemon oil gebruiken. Frets etc was verder allemaal goed. Daarnaast vind ik hem ook nogal vrij licht, persoonlijk hou ik meer van een net iets zwaardere gitaar.
Qua uiterlijk ziet de gitaar er erg mooi uit, mooier dan anderen in zijn prijsklasse. De finish is prima afgewerkt.
Hij had 5/5 gekregen als hij ook goed afgesteld was.

Gitaar is snel geleverd, binnen 24 uur. Top GLS!!
De frets heb ik gepolijst, die waren wat ruw.
De hals had wat Lemon oil nodig, erg droog en de snaren die er op zaten waren tegen verroest aan.
Deze heb ik na het polijsten en olie vervangen.
Ik heb de actie naar mijn smaak aangepast, die stond wat hoog.
Nu na deze handelingen moet ik zeggen dat het een mooie gitaar is met een mooi sustain.
Ik heb een setje compensated brass zadels besteld voor deze gitaar maar tot mijn verrassing was de intonatie bijna spot on!!!
Zodra de brass zadels er zijn, worden ze vervangen.
Het heeft een paar uurtjes werk gekost maar ben zeer tevreden over deze gitaar.
