Townsend, who's known as a genuine tone magician among guitarists, has not only blessed the Framus D-series Stormbender with a stylish Solid Black High finish but excellent sound coming from two Fishman Fluence Devin Townsend humbucker pickups. That means that from aggressive gain to immaculate cleans, this electric guitar can pull it off and will retain full brightness no matter how intense your playing gets. Since signal loss is out of the question, you're also free to use the longest cable you have lying around!

The Framus D-Series Devin Townsend Stormbender: Solid Black Finish

While the humbuckers are largely responsible for the sound of this Framus D-Series guitar, the other components literally have something to say about this as well. The body, for instance, is made of mahogany for a warmer-than-average sound and strong sustain. For the fretboard, Framus have used ebony, the dark colour of which perfectly matches the black finish of the guitar. Full control over the tone is provided by volume and tone controls and the ability to switch between the pickups. To keep it fresh, the Framus D-Series Devin Townend Stormbender Solid Black High Polish comes complete with a gig bag.
