Looking for something special? Then the Epiphone Joe Bonamassa 1955 Les Paul Standard with its rare Copper Iridescent finish might tickle your fancy. This recreation of one of the most special guitars in Bonamassa's personal collection, this Epiphone Artist Series model looks different depending on the angle you look at it thanks to the singular paint-job, which was originally developed for the 1955 edition of the NAMM Show. There are only a handful of guitars that sport this remarkable finish, two of which are currently owned by Joe.

The Joe Bonamassa 1955 Les Paul Standard: Oh Beautiful!

To make sure it sounds as good as it looks, Epiphone has equipped this guitar with a pair of their own P-90 PRO pickups, which are known for their tonal flexibility and dynamic sound. The pickups combine with CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors and '50s-style wiring for pro-grade performance with a vintage touch, allowing players to take on blues, rock and a host of other styles.

The core of the Joe Bonamassa 1955 Les Paul Standard is formed by a mahogany body and a set-in mahogany neck that's been finished with a Custom '59 Rounded C profile that's historically accurate but doesn't feel bulky at all. The Tune-O-Matic bridge and LockTone stopbar assembly, Epiphone Deluxe tuners and Graph Tech nut bring the stability expected from an LP, while the included Nerdville hardshell case and certificate of authenticity should seal the deal for any serious guitarist, Bonamassa fan or Les Paul collector.
