General

Following the success of the remarkably popular Annihilation V, Epiphone and Jeff Waters joined forces to design the Annihilation II Flying V Outfit electric solidbody guitar with striking Annihilator Red finish and ProBucker pickups. It even comes complete with a custom gig bag. The bolt-on neck and body are made of mahogany while the fretboard is made of phenolic, for extra durability and punch in the overall warm, acoustic sound. As well as rugged Grover machine heads, this red Epiphone signature is equipped with a tailpiece and bridge with a locking system for even greater tuning stability and stronger construction.

Annihilation II Flying V: ProBuckers, electronics and a kill switch

This signature guitar from Epiphone's Designer range is equipped with its own ProBucker 2 and 3 double-coil top-quality pickups. To meet the high demands of Canadian metal band Annihilator, these humbuckers are based on legendary PAFs from the late fifties that produced the classic rock and metal sounds we know and love today. Both pickups have contemporary ceramic magentic cores that have been given a wax treatment to prevent unwanted noise. As well as a potentiometer for volume and a 3-way pickup switch, this electric Epiphone Annihilation II has a rotary knob for tone that also functions as a kill switch for stuttering guitar effects.
