Korg C1 Air WH digital piano, white
Product no: 9000-0038-1764 Bax Music Warranty: This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

General

Korg's C1 Air is an exceptional standing digital piano with a modern, minimalistic design that is just 26 cm deep. It was designed and manufactured in Japan and has the sound and feel of a real acoustic piano. It's equipped with 88 Real Hammer (RH3) keys that play just like a real grand piano: the lower notes are heavier than the higher notes. The resonance and touch of the keys are simulated, of course, but it's so good it's hard to notice the difference! There are 30 different sounds on board including both a Japanese and a German grand piano as well as electric piano, organ, vibraphone, acoustic guitar and strings. The C1 Air has three built-in pedals (with half-pedal function) and a music stand that is attached to the piano lid. This model is white, but it's also available in black and brown.

Versatile

The different on-board sounds give you plenty of possibilities when it comes to playing. You can even combine sounds together for something more unique or assign different sounds to different parts of the keyboard. The C1 Air is also equipped with a 2-track recorder that allows you to record two parts separately. There are 40 built-in songs for you to play along with or you can stream your favourite songs directly to the piano via Bluetooth and play along with them instead. If you don't fancy playing along, you can just listen to music through the piano's excellent on-board speaker system.

Suitable for all

The outstanding sound and realistic feel of this digital piano make it a great choice for players of all levels. The double headphone socket and split function is handy for starters, while more advanced players will appreciate some of the more advanced settings for brilliance, reverb and chorus, for instance, as well as the ability to connect the C1 Air to a PC or Mac via the MIDI connector.

Tips or comments about this product
  • Please note: while the depth of the piano is 26 cm, anti-tipping brackets are required in its construction giving it a total depth of 34.7 cm.

Korg C1 Air WH digital piano, white
Wrote the following about Korg C1 Air WH digital piano, white

NAMM 2016: Yamaha DGX-660 Digital Piano

Thursday 21 January 2016

Thanks to their wooden housing, digital pianos usually blend in nicely with the rest of your furniture. Keyboards, on the other hand, tend to stick out a bit more. With their DGX series, Yamaha provides the perfect middle ground. These instruments have the same options as a keyboard, but their housing (with stand) ensures they don't stand out too much in your living room. The newest additions to the DGX family are the DGX-660 and the DGX-660WH.
