General
Behringer isn't the first company to come out with a mix rack, though this one has a number of functions that make it particularly nice. This mix rack is a good compromise between a break-out box for live use and an audio interface for studio use. It has 12 analogue inputs, four of which are equipped with a preamplifier. Controlling this rack is easy via a tablet of phone, and the XR12 can connect to Wi-Fi so you can quickly and easily connect your device to it. Furthermore, you'll find that the XR12 has four internal stereo FX processors (8 mono) with an impressive variety of studio-quality effects, making the rack ideal for versatile engineers.
Behringer XR12: impressively complete
Mixing with a tablet reaches new heights with the XR12. You can use it with iOS, Android, Mac, PC and Linux, and you can connect via Wi-Fi or via a LAN network. The internal effects are from the popular X32 and are modelled after famous classical studio effects. Each channel can be equipped with a gate, a 4-band EQ and a compressor. Furthermore, each output can be equipped with a 6-band EQ, a compressor and a 31-band EQ. When you use the XR12 for recording, you can apply the real-time effect to your recordings without affecting your CPU capacity.
Overview
The four microphone inputs are equipped with real Midas preamps. Midas is known for producing professional mixing consoles that are used in many large-scale productions. The XR12 also has a MIDI input and output so you can connect your MIDI controller directly; you can easily control the mixer in this way via the Mackie HUI protocol. A separate USB input is also available for easily recording audio to a USB stick. Finally, rack mounts are included in the purchase so you can safely use the XR12 in a rack.

google in beslag.
