Wind instruments can be difficult to amplify, but Shure have developed the Shure PGA 98H to make it a little easier! This microphone is highly compact and can be clipped to the instrument itself, so you can always achieve the same sound without any volume drift caused by the musician moving in front of a fixed mic. A condenser capsule ensures exquisite details, making the microphone fit for many instruments!
Shure PGA 98H: Widely Applicable
Thanks to its wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the Shure PGA98H can be used for a variety of instruments. Brass instruments get first priority - you can use the accessory microphone clip to easily fasten the microphone to the rim of your instrument. You can also use the microphone for close-miking of percussion, toms and strings. Thanks to the flexible gooseneck, you will always be able to optimally position it.
