General

The Marshall CODE100 is the complete solution for guitarists who play or perform with other musicians. There's no need to carry around lots of different effects pedals or cabinets anymore thanks to the clever modelling technology. 100 watts of power means that this amplifier is loud enough for small gigs. For practising, a headphone socket means that you can enjoy all of the classic Marshall sounds that the CODE100 produces in silence. A number of high-quality guitar effects allow you to adjust the sound to your heart's content. Once you're satisfied with your sound, you can save it to one of 100 presets for easy recall.

CODE: next generation Marshall amplifiers

Marshall's range of CODE amplifiers combine authentic modelling of classic and modern Marshall sounds with professional quality effects. The modelling technology known as MST (Marshall-Softube), was developed in conjunction with audio software pioneers Softube. In total, you get 14 MST preamps, 4 MST power amps, 8 MST cabinet simulations and no less than 24 effects. With the Marshall Gateway app for iOS or Android, you can control the amplifiers remotely via Bluetooth and even share presets with other user. A USB output also allows you to use the CODE as a DAW interface for recording your music.

Marshall CODE100 2x12" guitar amp combo
Wrote the following about Marshall CODE100 2x12" guitar amp combo
Superbe ampli. Pour le prix on a un 2x12 excellent !

Points positifs :

The Blackstar Artist Series: Classic and Versatile

Monday 2 November 2015 By Richard | Bax Music

Blackstar has gone from a newcomer to an established name in a short space of time. One of their greatest assets is the Infinite Shape Feature or ISF circuit (as it's otherwise known) that they developed themselves. With the ISF circuit, Blackstar managed to greatly increase the versatility of tube amplifiers without the use of digital technology. The new Artist 15 and Artist 30 models both have an ISF circuit fitted and can produce the typical American 6L6 sound, as well as beloved British AC clean and crunch.

The VOX VTX Series - Evolution Accelerated

Wednesday 4 November 2015 By Richard | Bax Music

It's already been more than 10 years since VOX turned the amplifier world on its head with the Valvetronix series. This series of amps combined digital modelling technology with convincing tube sounds. Since then, models have slowly but steadily improved along with digital technology. Now however, the time is ripe for VOX to introduce another series that, rather than show another slow and steady improvement, offer something more like evolution accelerated. Meet the VT20X, the VT40X and the VT100X, the first three models from the new series.

Wednesday 20 January 2016 By Lizanne

Renowned instrument colossus Roland first introduced their Blues Cube amplifiers back in the 1990's. The idea was simply to program a transistor amp to sound like a tube amp.
