The Duende Elite cajon offers a remarkably sharp and pronounced snare sound, largely due to the 3 strings that are attached to the back of the frontplate using the CL-3 string system. These strings are individually tunable, allowing you to accurately customise your sound. Furthermore, as the entire thing is made of birch, it offers a warm, powerful core sound.

Elite Cajon: versatility

With its adjustable string tension, this cajon can handle virtually any genre. You can even emphasise the snare sound on the left side of the frontplate, for instance, by tightening the corresponding string, while loosening the rightmost string at the same time for a drier, more powerful bass sound. Duende cajons are all built by hand in their facility in Spain, guaranteeing that all of them meet the company's high standards of quality.
