Think C-size batteries (also known as R14) and the even bigger D-battery (or R20), both of which are round by design and offer a power rating of roughly 1.5 Volts just like AA and AAA batteries. What sets C and D batteries apart, however, is a higher capacity (indicated in mAh) and a longer life-span.
