General
This bass guitar amplifier combo from Hartke has a 12-inch speaker. Hartke's speakers are known throughout the world for their beautiful aluminium finish. Beautiful though it may be, the real reason for doing this is to make the speaker cone stiffer. This generates a sound that is full and warm with plenty of punch and directness. It's the sound that Hartke amplifiers are known for.
The HD75: Small Amp, Big Sound
With a 12-inch speaker this bass amp combo could be considered small among bass amps. Once you turn it on, however, you'll soon forget all about its modest dimensions. Hartke has succeeded in giving this small amplifier strong lows and uncompromising highs. Even on stage you will be heard through this amplifier. An auxiliary input gives you the possibility to connect an external media player so that you can play along with your favourite music. A headphone socket is also present so that you can practise in silence. When you connect headphones the speaker is automatically muted.
Versatile
So that you can adjust the sound just to your liking, Hartke has fitted the HD75 with a 7-band graphic equalizer to go along with the standard 3-band EQ. It also has a 1-inch tweeter on board that makes it perfect for clear sounds like slapping. You can even connect a chorus, reverb or delay effect as the HD75 has FX send and return inputs.

The volume from this amp is nothing other than mind blowing. I've only ever had it up to a volume setting of 2 for fear that any higher i'll register on the richter scale! Im convinced its as loud if not louder than the 400watt swr head! Not only is the volume impressive, but the tone is impeccable. Clear, articulate highs, cutting mids and solid bass without being boomy.
I tune down a full step and drop the low string another step to CGFC amd this thing spits out the low end and is asking for even more. This is the perfect rehearsal amp and loud enough for small venues!
An epic amp!
Ik heb hem voor thuis en voir de repetitie. Bandleden waren erg onder de indruk en blij me nu wel goed te horen ;-)
Wil wel 1 opmerking maken naar Bax. In de specs staat 16 kg, maar dat klopt niet. Hij is veel zwaarder. Hartke spect hem zelf op 25 kg.Misschien dat je dit even moet aanpassen in jullie specs, want dit kan voor verassingen zorgen als je alleen via jullie site de informatie ophaalt.
Ik ben er in ieder geval zeer blij mee, heb eigenlijk nog nooit eerder met zo'n geluid gespeeld en het nodigd zeker uit om vaker en langer te spelen.
Hij bevalt mij zeer goed , is een beetje aan de zware kant maar dit valt op te lossen door het te vervoeren op een steekkar . Geluid is van bijzonder goede kwaliteit .
Kortom voor dit geld heb je een super basversterker
En altijd weer fijn de snelle bezorging en service van Bax !
Aanvulling op mijn eerdere review na een aantal dagen testen. Lekkere diepe bas, niet te zwaar en te groot om mee te nemen naar repetities en genoeg power voor kleine optredens.
Kort om veel waarde voor betaalbare prijs.
Ik heb deze basversterker op advies van mijn docent aangeschaft. Hij heeft een lekkere diepe bas, genoeg instel mogelijkheden. Hier ga ik zeker nog veel plezier van krijgen .
En over baxMusic niets dan lof goede en snelle reactie via de mail. En ook telefonisch goede en snelle service.
