General

The Fender Bronco 40 is a compact, lightweight bass guitar amplifier combo with built-in preset amplifier emulations and effects. It's the ideal practice amplifier and also perfect for studio use. The free Fender Fuse software and the USB port make it easy to edit, save and share the amplifier's sounds and effects.

Practicing, jamming and recording

The Fender Bronco 40 is a 40 watts bass combo with a 10-inch woofer that is excellently suited for practicing at home while being inspired by the amp's many presets and effects. You can connect your MP3 player and headphone, which is practical if you want to practice in the small hours. The Bronco 40 has enough power to keep standing during a jam session with a band of other musicians. This bass combo is excellently suited to record your playing, when you connect it to a computer or laptop via USB your DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) will recognise it as an audio interface. The output is digital to digital so you're guaranteed an ultra-clean stereo track because there's no loss of signal.

Effects and modelling

The Bronco 40 has 12 effect presets that you can use in addition to the sound of your bass guitar. Effects like chorus, phaser, flanger, envelope filter, octaver, delay and reverb really complement the sound of your bass. The free Fender Fuse software allows you to edit effect parameters and save them as an amp or effect preset. You can also exchange presets with other Fuse users, allowing for limitless sound adaptations. The Fender Bronco 40 has 8 amplifier emulations that you can further edit via the Fender Fuse software: Rumble, '59 Bassman, Bassman TV, Bassman 300, Redhead, Rockin' Peg, KGB800 and the Monster.
